Local Storage refers to persistent or session-based HTML5 storage that holds variables across page refreshes. In a web-based MMOTRPG, these technologies are essential to maintain synchronized gameplay loops between your device and our Prague-based hosting infrastructure.

Article II: Taxonomy of Cookies Applied

Strictly Necessary Cookies (Session and Security): Mandatory. Deployed automatically to manage authentication tokens, security states, and anti-CSRF protection. Disabling these will render the Game unplayable.

Functional and Preference Cookies: Customize the browser client interface (audio levels, graphic toggles, panel layouts, language settings).

Performance and Analytical Telemetry: Monitor platform health — web-socket disconnect frequencies, server latency, database queries, browser memory consumption, and client-side script failures.

Article III: Granular Control and Mandatory Consumer Consent

Functional and Analytical/Performance tracking mechanics are disabled by default and will not load until you provide active, affirmative opt-in consent through our Cookie Management Banner interface.

Article IV: Governing Law and Litigation Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic. Prior to formal proceedings, submit complaints in writing to the Company’s legal department at our Prague address. Amicable settlement window: 60 calendar days.
