This Disclosure Disclaimer applies to all users interacting with the browser-based MMOTRPG and virtual economic platforms owned, developed, and maintained by Fightlunes Production sro.
Disclosure I: Entertainment Limitation and Financial Non-Reliance
The Game, including its closed dual-currency loop (Denarii and Aureus) and peer-to-peer auction mechanics, is provided strictly and exclusively as a recreational entertainment medium.
No Investment Characterization: Although the Company provides an outbound withdrawal portal for Aureus conversion at a rate of 1 Aureus = €1.19, this facility is intended solely to enhance player agency and support a dynamic virtual community.
Financial Warnings: Under no circumstances should the purchase, storage, accumulation, or strategic trading of Aureus or Denarii be viewed as an investment product, security, commodity, derivative, financial asset, or speculative savings vehicle. The Company gives no guarantee of financial profit, return on engagement, or passive income generation.
Disclosure II: Total Absence of Tangible Inherent Value
Outside the Game’s web interface, virtual currencies, assets, buildings, and gladiator characters hold zero objective economic value, physical reality, or financial legal backing.
No Secondary Claims: Virtual items cannot be used as collateral, transferred outside authorized infrastructure, or redeemed for physical real-world goods.
Liquidation Discretion: The withdrawal conversion rate of 1 Aureus = €1.19 depends entirely on the ongoing operational status of the platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue this withdrawal portal at any time without liability to the Player.

Purchase of Loot Boxes (packages of 5, 20, or 35 Aureus) involves a randomized algorithmic distribution mechanic.
Randomization Factor: Each Loot Box contains an unpredictable, system-generated assortment of gear, legendary enhancements, boosters, or Denarii.
Mandatory Transparency of Probabilities: Drop rates and algorithmic probabilities are published for user review via the main interface shop window prior to any purchase.

Fightlunes Production sro shall not be held liable for virtual asset destruction, progression rollbacks, lost training experience, cancelled building upgrades, or failed Auction House settlements resulting from technical disruptions — including network dropouts, browser caching errors, DDoS attacks, hosting outages, force majeure events, or server maintenance. All services are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Article V: Governing Law and Litigation Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic. Prior to formal proceedings, submit complaints in writing to the Company’s legal department. Amicable settlement window: 60 calendar days.
