Purchase & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

This Purchase & Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Agreement between you and Fightlunes Production sro. It governs all financial transactions, virtual currency acquisitions, and the conditions under which these transactions are processed.

1. In-Game Currency and Microtransactions

The Game utilizes two distinct currencies: Denarii (standard currency) and Aureus (premium currency). Aureus is purchasable exclusively with real-world fiat currency.

1.1 Pricing and Currency

All financial transactions are conducted in Euros (€, EUR), with support for British Pounds (£, GBP) and United States Dollars ($, USD). Pricing follows the Company’s standardized internal conversion matrices. See also our Terms of Service for the full pricing matrix.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Important notice — waiver of right of withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant provisions of the Czech Civil Code, virtual currencies and digital assets constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

By making a purchase of Aureus or Denarii, you explicitly request, consent to, and authorize the immediate performance of this contract and the immediate provision of the digital content. Once digital content has been fully delivered to your account, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and refund. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable except as explicitly determined by the Company or required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

3. Real-Money Withdrawal (Cash-Out) Policy

The Company provides a discretionary feature to convert legitimately accumulated Aureus back into fiat currency at the rate of 1 Aureus = €1.19 (or equivalent).

3.1 Conditions for Withdrawal

Age Restriction: Only users 18+ may request real-money withdrawals.
Verification (KYC/AML): Mandatory for any single or cumulative payout request reaching or exceeding €1,000.
Audit: Withdrawal requests trigger automated and manual audit. The Company reserves the right to freeze or seize balances in cases of fraud, exploit abuse, or market manipulation.

4. Tax Responsibilities

Liquidation of Aureus into fiat currency may generate taxable personal income. You are solely responsible for declaring, reporting, and remitting any applicable national income taxes, digital service levies, or associated social contributions arising from these payouts.

5. Technical Limitations and Liability

The Company is not liable for virtual asset loss, progress rollbacks, or auction failures caused by technical disruptions, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failures. Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

6. Disputes and Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Users agree to first attempt an amicable settlement through the Company’s legal department before pursuing formal legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) or the EU ODR platform.
